4-inch Sapphire Wafer (Double Side Polish)

Our sapphire substrates are the perfect choice for your wafer-level equipment needs. The model of our sapphire wafer is sapphire wafer, made in China, the surface orientation is ±0.5°, the through-hole diameter is >90%, the surface roughness is Ra<0.5nm, the surface quality is single-sided polished, and the verticality is 3 arc seconds. With its superior quality and reliable performance, it is the perfect substrate for your wafer-level equipment needs.

Key Features:

  • High temperature resistant, sapphire round/rectangular optical window can work. It works continuously at 1200 °C, and can even work at 1450 °C for a short time, with a softening temperature of 1650 °C and a melting temperature of 1750-1800 °C.

  • Corrosion-resistant, except for hydrofluoric acid, optical grade quartz plates do not react with any acids and alkalis other than hydrofluoric acid. The stability is 30 times that of ceramic and 150 times that of stainless steel.

  • Excellent thermal shock stability

  • High transmittance to 85%

  • Electrical insulation, 10,000 times that of ordinary glass

  • Shipping Policy

    Our products are shipped from China, the dispatching date will be commenced in few business days after the finishing of QC from the related department.
